Water Invoice Generator is designed as an offline-first utility billing app. The app stores your billing data locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud account system for the app, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information You Enter In The App
The app allows you to enter and manage information needed to create water invoices, including:
- Property names, property addresses, property type, and water unit cost.
- Meter names, customer names, customer phone numbers, and optional customer email addresses.
- Meter readings, units consumed, invoice amounts, invoice payment status, and paid dates.
- App settings such as currency, biller name, biller email, biller phone number, and payment instructions.
This information is stored locally in the app database on your device unless you choose to share, export, or back it up using app features.
Local Storage
Water Invoice Generator stores app data in a local database on your device. This local storage is required for offline use, invoice generation, invoice history, backup and restore, and payment tracking.
Sharing, Export, And Backup
The app includes optional features that allow you to share or export information:
- SMS invoice text can be shared through your device's SMS app.
- Invoice PDFs can be shared by email, WhatsApp, or other apps through your device's sharing options.
- Invoice exports can be generated as Excel files and shared through your device's sharing options.
- Database backups can be generated and shared to locations you choose, such as cloud storage, email, or files.
When you use these features, the information may be handled by the apps or services you select, such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, Google Drive, or file storage providers. Their own privacy policies apply to how they process the shared information.
Purchases
Water Invoice Generator may offer a one-time Pro purchase for premium features. Purchases are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
RevenueCat may process purchase-related identifiers and transaction information to verify entitlement status, restore purchases, and keep Pro features available after purchase. Google Play may process purchase and account information according to Google's own policies.
Internet Access
Most daily app features are designed to work offline. Internet access may be used for purchase verification, purchase restore, and any external sharing or backup destination you choose.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not use Water Invoice Generator to collect your customer billing records into a developer-operated cloud database. We do not sell your data. We do not use your invoice records for advertising.
Data Retention And Deletion
Your billing data remains on your device until you edit it, archive it, delete the app, clear app storage, or restore a different backup. Backup files that you create are controlled by you and stored wherever you choose to save or share them.
Security
The app is designed to keep billing data local to your device. You are responsible for protecting your device and any exported files or backup files you create. Be careful when sharing invoices, exports, and backups, because they may contain customer names, contact details, addresses, readings, and payment information.
Children's Privacy
Water Invoice Generator is intended for utility billing and property management use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated policy will be made available through the app listing or another appropriate location.
